What is the “feeling” of Christmas, when in the tropics, when family is far, when pumpkin and mint and ugly sweaters and all things “Christmassy” are not around, when traditions are new, when trouble and hardships are at our door?
Thinking about it, listening to this album gives me peace.
Have we lost the reason that we celebrate each year? What is Christmas… without Christ?
This is Christmas – because of Christ.

Beautiful pictures and Christmas tree of Isaiah 9. I thought and prayed for you guys last night as we celebrated the Luke 2 story in our candlelight service at church, and then I sat with our South African families that we have in our church. May God grant you joy and peace as we remember His great gift and sacrifice for us, and as you begin to make new family traditions together. Love and miss you guys!
